This Privacy Policy explains what information PubThreads LLC ("PubThreads," "we," "us") collects through pubthreadsco.com and our store pages (the "Site"), how we use it, and who sees it.

Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the items you order.

Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.

Technical information: your IP address, device and browser type, and pages requested may be processed by our hosting and commerce providers to operate and secure the Site.

Messages and forms: anything you send us, including bar signup form submissions (bar name, your name, email, and phone number).

How we use it

We use your information to process payments, print and ship your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, respond to messages and forms, and comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Shopify, which runs our store, checkout, and payments.
• Printify and its print partners, who receive your name and shipping address to print and ship your order.
• Shipping carriers, payment processors, and hosting and email providers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not share customers' personal information with the bars whose merch you buy. Bars only see sales totals and item counts.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

The Site and Shopify use cookies and browser storage to keep the cart and checkout working and to help secure the Site. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Site, like the cart, from working.

How long we keep it
