Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pubthreadsco.com and any PubThreads store page (the "Site"), and your purchases from us. The Site is operated by PubThreads LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("PubThreads," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who you are buying from

PubThreads designs, sells, prints, and ships all merchandise on the Site. Many collections are official merch for a specific bar or brewery. Those bars license us their names and logos, but they do not sell or ship your order. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us, not the bar.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is included in the price shown. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Everything is made to order. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the printed product.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, if an item is unavailable, or if there is a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these Terms.

Names, logos, and designs

All content on the Site, including designs, text, graphics, and layout, belongs to PubThreads or its licensors. Bar names and logos belong to the respective bars and are used with their permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PubThreads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by a defective product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to fix it.
