Shipping

Made to order

Everything is printed after you order. Most orders are produced in 2 to 7 business days. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 8 business days within the United States. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Free shipping

Shipping is included in the price of every item. We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be printed in different places and ship separately. They may arrive on different days.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address before you order. We cannot change an address once an order is in production. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you, and you may need to pay to have it sent again.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or tracking has not moved in 10 days, email us. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reprint it or refund you.

Returns and refunds

Changes and cancellations

Because we print to order, we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production, which usually happens within 24 hours of ordering. Email us right away at support@pubthreadsco.com with your order number.

Returns

Every item is made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund you, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take a few days after we issue it for your bank to show it.
